The VEGAFLEX 66 is a guided microwave sensor designed for measuring level in high temperature and pressure environments.
The VEGAFLEX 66 is available with rod, cable, and coaxial type probes.

Key Specifications
- Three versions available, depending on the process:
- -20° to 482°F (-29° to 250°C) and 1450 psi (100 bar) limits
- -166° to 752°F (-110° to 400°C) and 2320 psi (160 bar) limits
- -328° to 752°F (-200° to 400°C) and 5800 psi (400 bar) limits
- SIL2 Qualified (IEC 61508/61511 Standards)
