VegaSwing 40 Series
The VEGAVIB rod transducer for solids is highly reliable for powders, granules, and other solid materials. The sensor vibrates when energized by piezoelectric crystals. If the product covers the sensor, the vibration is dampened. Integral electronics detect this dampening effect and triggers a switching command.
Application:
The VEGAVIB 41 and 43 are able to provide point level measurement for a wide array of free flowing powders and lightweight solids. The VEGAVIB 43 is an extended version of the Vib 41.
41 Series
Mounting: The VEGAVIB 41 comes with a standard insertion length of 3.94".
Options: Vibrating rod has options of 316 stst, Teflon coating, and high polish. The instrument is available with either a threaded or Tri-Clamp connection. Tri-clamp connection is ideal for measurement in the pharmaceutical or food industries. VEGAVIB 41 is also available with NEMA 4 and NEMA 4x protection.
43 Series
The VEGAVIB 43 is an extended version of the Vib 41
Mounting: The VEGAVIB 43 has extension tube length options of .3M to 4M.
Options: Vibrating rod has options of 316 stst, Teflon coating, and high polish. The instrument is available with either a threaded or Tri-Clamp connection. Tri-clamp connection is ideal for measurement in the pharmaceutical or food industries. VEGAVIB 43 is also available with NEMA 4 and NEMA 4x protection.
