VegaSwing 50 Series
The VEGAVIB rod transducer for solids is highly reliable for powders, granules, and other solid materials. The sensor vibrates when energized by piezoelectric crystals. If the product covers the sensor, the vibration is dampened. Integral electronics detect this dampening effect and triggers a switching command.
Application:
The VEGAVIB 52 is a cable extension version of the Vib 51. The VEGAVIB 53 is a rod extension version of the Vib 51.
51 Series
Mounting: The VEGAVIB 51 comes with a standard insertion length of 6.3".
Options: Vibrating rod has options of 304 stst, Teflon coating, and high polish. The instrument is available with either a threaded or Tri-Clamp connection. Tri-clamp connection is ideal for measurement in the pharmaceutical or food industries. VEGAVIB 51 is also available with NEMA 4 and NEMA 4x protection.
52 Series
The VEGAVIB 52 is a cable extension version of the Vib 51.
Mounting: The VEGAVIB 52 has Polyethylene extension cable length options of .6M to 20M.
Options: Vibrating rod has options of 304 stst, Teflon coating, and high polish. The instrument is available with either a threaded or Tri-Clamp connection. Tri-clamp connection is ideal for measurement in the pharmaceutical or food industries. VEGAVIB 52 is also available with NEMA 4 and NEMA 4x protection.
53 Series
The VEGAVIB 53 is a rod extension version of the Vib 51.
Mounting: The VEGAVIB 53 has 304 stst extension tube length options of .3M to 4M.
Options: Vibrating rod has options of 304 stst, Teflon coating, and high polish. The instrument is available with either a threaded or Tri-Clamp connection.
