Titan Logix Corp. Management

Les Evans became involved with Titan Logix Corp. after Titan purchased the company he co-owned in 1999. He continued to consult with Titan until July 2002 at which time he was appointed V.P. of Operations. Les became the president and CEO in August 2003.

With over 40 years experience in the petroleum industry and many years of extensive management experience, he leads the execution of the strategic plan ensuring that organic growth is maintained and focusing on strong inorganic growth through strategic partnerships and alliances.

He has served on the Board of Directors since 2003 and has proven himself as the leader of Titan Logix Corp.

Angela Schultz is responsible for preparation of financial statements, compliance with reporting requirements, internal control, audit co-ordination and the accounting policies and procedures of the company.

Angela obtained her Certified Management Accountant designation in 1989. Prior to joining Titan Logix, she worked for a publicly traded biotechnological company where she gained valuable financial reporting experience. She joined the Titan Logix team in July 2004 and is the Chief Financial Officer and Vice-President of Finance and Administration.

After completing his electrical engineering degree, Greg McGillis joined Titan Logix Corp. in December 1992 in an Engineering Sales role. In 1999, he had the responsibility to launch the TD80 throughout North America.

Over the years his positions have included, Product Manager, Branch Manager, Sales and Marketing Manager, moving into the role of Vice-President of Engineering and Product Development in December 2005.

As the leader of the Engineering and Business Development groups and as Titan's APEGGA representative, Greg ensures Titan's products and services fulfill customer, environmental and safety requirements. His focus is on the development and strategic alignment of Titan solutions with industry partners to create a suite of solutions that are the best in their class.

Joe began his career in sales shortly after earning his diploma in Instrumentation Engineering Technology from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology in 1993. He has over 15 years of sales experience in the industrial automation sector as territory account manager and regional sales manager.

Joe has been with Titan since March of 2008. His experience working with sales people, developing and supporting a distribution network makes him a natural fit for his current position as General Sales Manager.

As sales leader, Joe is in charge of increasing sales by developing and supporting new markets and geographical territories for Titan Logix Corp.

Fred's first diploma in Industrial Heavy Equipment Technology coupled with his second in Electronic Engineering Technology, both from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, provided him with the skills to make him successful in research and development, as Production Manager of an industrial controls manufacturing firm and as the Plant Maintenance Manager of a food processing facility. Fred has over 20 years of experience in the industrial electronic and plant maintenance sectors.

As the leader of Titan's manufacturing team since 2005, Fred's responsibilities include scheduling manufacturing resources to meet customer and sales needs as well as production and inventory management incorporating lean manufacturing principles. Fred is also responsible for implementing and managing Titan's quality program to meet the high quality standards expected by our customers in the most cost effective way.
